This Site is owned and operated by Wedding Cameras Online These Terms and conditions apply to your access to, and use of, this website, your use of any digital photographic equipment, services provided on or through this Site, and to your purchase of any photographic prints or other products from us However, these Terms and conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us. Your use of the Site, Services and your purchase of Products is on the condition that you have read understood and agree to these Terms and conditions. You consent to our communicating with you about the Site, the Products and the Services by email and/or system messages, and if necessary, by regular mail or telephone.
Wedding Cameras Online reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and any other terms, policies or guidelines governing your use of this Site. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting such revisions on the Site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. Your continued use of this Site or the Services or the purchase of any Products following the posting of such changes will confirm your acceptance thereof. You should frequently review these terms of use and any other applicable policies or guidelines on the Site.

Wedding cameras Online assures you that we will do our up most to provide you with the best possible service, however we cannot be held responsible for goods, products and services provided by third parties that are outside of our control.
Wedding Cameras Online will ship your order/orders to the address of your choosing in a timely fashion, however we cannot be held responsible for delays non delivery or loss that is not within our control, any claims arising from late delivery on proof of collection/postage from us should be directed to the carrier, we will provide any documentation or proof of delivery/collection as required by you without prejudice.
Wedding Cameras Online provides a service for the supply of cameras and associated accessories for events, however. We cannot be held responsible for the resulting images recovered or lost from any of our cameras or equipment or the quality and or content or suitability of the content weather reproduced in print, digital format or any other form, this must remain the responsibility of the user of our equipment.
Your contract with us will start when we receive confirmation of your order, you must confirm your intentions by payment of a deposit (normally £50) on accepting your deposit payment we will contact you by e-mail or telephone the next working day or mail posted the next working day first class post to accept or decline your order, (a working day is Monday to Friday not including bank or public holidays) until you have confirmation of an order being placed you should not consider that a contract has been entered into by us.
Your contract with us will not be binding until the final payment that will include a refundable security deposit of £100 is made 14 days prior the intended dispatch date of your order, normally two days prior to you event. Up to that time we or you can cancel any undertaking to continue with the sale/hire contract in writing by post or e-mail, which will result in and be limited to a full refund of all payments made at that time. If you have difficulties and need to cancel after this time please contact us and it may be possible to make other arrangements, however this will be at our discretion.
We will collect a £100 deposit against loss or damage of our property whilst on lone to you. This deposit will be returned in full once we have received our property back at site and it has been inspected for loss or damage and we have assured ourselves that there is no damage to our goods and that the quantity matches the ordered amount. Normal wear and tear will not be considered as damage should a damaged camera be repairable at a cost to us of less than £50 we will only retain the amount required to carry out such repair and return the rest, damage that causes the camera to be unsuitable for repair and rehire will result in a retention of no more than £50 per camera, loss will result in a retention of deposit of £50 per camera. Loss or damage whilst in transit will be covered by our insurance cover with the carrier and should be reported at the time of delivery. This will not result in any loss of deposit to you.
Our privacy policy is to safeguard any information we may collect from time to time and to only ask for such information that is required for us to fulfil your request for goods or services. We will not knowingly share such information with any other third party, we will store your images on a backup disk for your use should you require reprints at any time or a replacement disk. Be aware that we will only store such a disk for a maximum of six months whereupon it will be destroyed.
All images will remain your property and you will have full copyright and we will not use any of your images without your express permission. As you own the copyright of all images they will also remain your responsibility with regard to use and distribution and the suitability of images with regard to local laws. It is your responsibility to gain the permission of any person represented in any and all of your images.
These terms and condition do not affect your statutory rights.
