Wedding Cameras Online make hiring your digital cameras for your event as simple as can be. Place your order in good time for your event, we would advise at least one month prior to the date you require them, although we will always endeavor to make cameras available if at all possible for orders later than this. We will make up your order to your requirements and ship it to your chosen delivery address in good time for your event. When you receive your order you will find all you need to capture those memorable/candid moments, we even include a recharger should you wish to use your cameras over two or more days.
Distributing your cameras
Most people place one camera on each table this is a good idea as it encourages your guest’s to use them in a way that will ensure that you capture special moments as see from each table around your venue. Another suggestion would be to hand out cameras to nominated friends and family before the event, this way could be right for you if you are worried that the cameras may get damaged (although this is very unlikely to happen in our experience) You may also find that you will enjoy some great pictures if you hand out the cameras on the morning of your event, or even the day before so as to capture those really special moments leading up to that special time, something that an official photographer will not be able to capture. As we endeavor to have your order with you 48 hours before your event why use them then too?

Once your guest’s have one of our cameras in there hand they won’t be able to resist taking pictures for you, and our cameras are so simple to use, they all come photo ready anyone can enjoy using them. A simple tip to ensure you get the best result, Why not have your best man ask everyone to use the cameras to record this special day for you as well as any camera they may have of there own?
Once the event is under way you will be free to just relax and enjoy the day in the knowledge that all your guest’s are taking the pictures you wanted for you, simple.

Once we have received your cameras back here at Wedding Cameras Online, we will transfer them onto disk and process any other request’s your have made on your order, we will send you a copy of all the pictures taken by your guest’s on a disk so that they are ready for you to upload to your computer where you can view them, edit them, post them on other applications such as facebook, twitter etc, or e-mail them to friends and family (a great way to involve relatives and friends in other countries.) We can also provide mounted prints and re-prints for up to six months from an archive copy of your disk stored safely for you at Wedding Cameras Online, or at any time you can use your disk at most photo shops to edit and print them, they are your pictures after all so you have total control over how you wish to use them.
